If you receive a faulty item, we'll replace it for you. Please take a photo of the item and contact us via email or any of our available channels. Keep in mind that replacements go through our standard queue, so refer to our delivery panel to see when your replacement will arrive.
Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel your order anytime as long as we haven't started processing it. Please contact us to arrange cancellation. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. We typically process all orders within 24 hours — once processing has begun, cancellations cannot be made.
